Birth has always been a profound passion of mine. For the past four years, I have been honored to support families in Denver as a doula, advocating for informed choices, body autonomy, and respect in the birth space. I have witnessed the strength of birthing individuals, the unpredictability of labor, and the beauty of bringing new life into the world.

Recently, I embarked on my own transformative birth journey, expecting a home birth but ultimately delivering my daughter via C-section. While it was vastly different from what I had planned, it was an experience that deepened my understanding of birth in ways I never imagined. Thanks to an incredible hospital team, I felt heard, respected, and empowered throughout the process—something I strive to ensure for every person I support.

This journey reinforced my belief that every birth story is unique and valid. My goal as a doula is to help people feel confident in their choices, supported in their decisions, and honored in their experiences. Whether at home, in a birth center, or in a hospital, I am committed to holding space for birthing individuals and ensuring they feel seen, respected, and in control of their own birth narratives.

Beyond birth, I have a deep passion for postpartum health and well-being. The postpartum period is often overlooked, yet it is one of the most vulnerable and transformative times in a person’s life. I believe that new parents deserve the same level of care, respect, and support after birth as they do during pregnancy and labor. Whether it’s helping with recovery, emotional well-being, or simply holding space for the complex emotions that come with new parenthood, I am dedicated to ensuring that families feel nurtured and supported as they navigate this transition.

A little about me—I'm a Colorado native, and when I’m not supporting families or spending time with my amazing partner and daughter, you can find me surrounded by plants, lost in a good book, or working on a diamond art project in my spare moments. I also have over 20 tattoos, each one telling a piece of my story.

Birth is unpredictable, but one thing remains constant: the need for support, respect, and compassion. No matter how a baby enters the world, every birthing person deserves to feel empowered and heard. I am honored to walk alongside families during one of the most profound experiences of their lives, holding space for their strength, their choices, and their unique journey.

Because at the end of the day, birth isn’t just about how a baby is born—it’s about how a parent is made.
